Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers: Our SMS service is available on all major U.S. carriers. We use Twilio as our SMS service provider.

Phone Number Requirements: You must provide an accurate U.S. mobile phone number. You are responsible for notifying us if your phone number changes.

Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS service at any time without notice.

Failed Deliveries: If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or unavailability at the delivery location, additional fees may apply for redelivery.
